Caleb & Brown Pty Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As a vital member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service while navigating the world of cryptocurrency. This role will require a proactive and friendly approach to resolving customer inquiries and issues related to our trading platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide detailed solutions to clients.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure complex issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes through our CRM tools.
- Provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements to processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within the fintech or cryptocurrency sector.
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zoom, Intercom, Salesforce, and Asana is ideal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- An extremely keen eye for details
- Availability to commit to a duration of 6 months for the contract.
